With our repair kit for inflatable PVC boats, you can keep your favorite watercraft in perfect condition. The kit includes everything you need for repair - glue (30 g), two PVC pieces measuring 22 x 15 cm and a convenient storage tube.
Instructions for Use:
To repair small holes and cuts up to 12.7 mm in size, use a piece with a minimum diameter of 76.2 mm.
For major damage, we recommend contacting the dealer where the boat was purchased.
Method of Use:
Surface Preparation:
The surfaces must be dry, free of grease and other contamination.
Preparation of the PVC piece:
Prepare a piece of PVC that will act as a patch.
Grinding the Surfaces:
Lightly sand the surfaces with sandpaper.
Applying the Glue:
Apply a primer coat, then apply a second and third coat 5 minutes apart.
After applying the third layer, wait 10-15 minutes and press the two parts well.
Use a hard roller to roll the repaired area, and you can also use an object suitable for prolonged clamping.
Waiting Period:
Do not operate the boat earlier than 24 hours after the repair.
Attention:
Keep out of reach of children.
It is very toxic if spilled.
Close the package well after use.
Use outdoors or in well-ventilated areas.
Use gloves when working.
Do not expose to open flame.
Store at 10 to 30 C.
