The Hydro-force Sealion 12V Electric motor is a powerful (0.5hp) electric motor with 2 propeller blades, capable of producing an impressive 40lbs of thrust. It can be used with compatible Bestway boats though you may require a motor mount (Sold Separately).
Electric motors are much quieter than their petrol counter parts and are preferred by many inflatable boat owners as they do not produce the heat build-up. Also important for smaller inflatable boats as they are lighter – This one weighs less than 10Kg!
The bush motor comes equipped with ‘U Connector’ leads which attach to your 12V battery (Not included). The voltage meter on the motor will warn you when the battery is at a low level, giving you time to get back to shore or get the oars out!
The Sealion motor features 5 forward and 3 reverse speeds which will enable you to use your versatile Hydro-force motor in many different scenarios. You will also have the ability to adjust the handle to accommodate different boats.
