The Power Aero XT-A now features the new and improved next generation Baitrunner Spool System II – making it even more user friendly, with a highly responsive inner drag knob for ease of setting up and adjusting whilst playing fish. The cosmetic and mechanical upgrades are immediately evident and include: a cold forged, anodised aluminium spool in gun-smoke grey with 1 spare anodised, cold forged shallow spool (6000 size) included. A manual bail system has been incorporated into the Power Aero, this eliminates any engagement on a cast. An ergonomic wooden torpedo handle grip, which sits on the reel’s biomechanical
machined handle, and 6 shielded A-RB bearings plus 1 roller bearing fitted as standard. Perfect line lay is achieved with Shimano’s patented Slow Oscillation system – designed to improve distance work and fish playing through its silky smooth high performance clutch. An increased gear ratio of 4.4:1 can’t fail to impress extreme range anglers.
