You will receive the exact shipping cost for your shipment when our employee contacts you by phone to confirm the order. In the event that the delivery conditions do not satisfy you, you do not confirm your order and it is cancelled.

All prices of the goods indicated on the Riboco.com website are in Bulgarian leva with VAT included.

Payment for orders is cash on delivery (the order is paid to the courier upon receipt). The recipient is obliged to pay the price of his order to the courier upon receipt (cash on delivery) and the delivery costs. Upon receipt of the shipment, the courier will issue you a Postal Money Order Receipt. This is your receipt for the purchase. Please keep the receipt. Upon receipt of required ID card!
Currently, Riboco.com has a contract with the courier company EKONT. The goods can be delivered:
"ON DEMAND" or
"TO ADDRESS",
depending on your choice.
The delivery time is 3 working days, starting from the day after the day you placed the order.
Orders are not sent on weekends and holidays, except in cases where Econt courier company has not announced that it can serve customers and orders on these days.
To confirm your order, an employee of ours will contact you on the phone you specified. You must confirm:

If the Recipient refuses to receive the shipment, his refusal is entered in the bill of lading or delivery note and signed by the Recipient. The Recipient's refusal to sign is certified by an employee of the courier company.
